The proposed project is a venture of M/s. Sri Dhevigomathy Property Developers Pvt. Ltd. The company has goodwill of more than 12000 clients who have owned Housesites in and around Coimbatore since 1995

The company has acquired privately owned land measuring about 4 acres for the project and started the process of development. The proposed venture is a concept to provide a clean and luxurious environment to the tourists and customers through the use of state of the art gadgets blended with a serene environment in the village of Thekkampatty, Karamadai in Tamilnadu.

The promoters are setting up this Project with independent cottages, tree houses, restaurant & bar in the name of HAYDEN VALLEY CLUB involving total capital layout of Rs.200 lac. The company is now engaged in developing the land for construction of the project.
